Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Develop, configure, enhance, and administer a variety of Quickbase applications

  • Provide end-user support by debugging issues, answering questions about system functionality, and responding to enhancement requests

  • Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize business processes

  • Build reports and dashboards for end-users and management

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work

  • Breakdown ideal business processes into achievable tasks and identify development priority

  • Become a subject matter expert on the development needs of the organization

  • Work with other development teams to plan long-term platform goals

  • Write and maintain technical training manuals for end-users

  • Be accountable for business adoption of system capabilities

  • Manage multiple projects with different business stakeholders at once

  • Support Program Manager in driving product and program launch activities to meet or exceed project timing milestones

  • Contribute to team effort by jumping into additional roles as needed


  • 12+ yrs of total experience

  • 8+ years working with Quickbase application design and development

  • In-depth understanding of database administration

  • Familiarity working with HTML, SQL, Javascript, and Python

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Effective communicator across varying levels of an organization

  • Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a large amount of autonomy

  • Acts in a scrappy and entrepreneurial manner to accomplish tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Salesforce experience preferred


  • Graduation in Engineering/Technology
