Qualifications: Business Ethics & Compliance is seeking a talented professional to join its team. High School Diploma with eight years of relevant work experience or an Associates Degree with four years relevant experience is required or a Bachelor s degree with three years relevant experience is preferred.. Relevant professional certifications are preferred. Twenty years of experience as a professional law enforcement officer with an investigative background or equivalent experience is preferred. An investigative background may include the direct involvement of the candidate in the following activities: Interviewing persons involved in the investigation; handling and processing evidence; surveillance; documenting investigative steps and findings; preparing detailed investigative reports; data collection and analysis. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent demonstrated communications skills are required. Demonstrated experience in presenting findings to large groups or executive/managerial level personnel is preferred.

Responsibilities: The Sr. Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into allegations of employee misconduct; successfully interacting with all levels in the company and general public during the course of investigations; and must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Prepare clear, concise and informative reports and make presentations as necessary to management, committees, and others as appropriate. Mentor investigators in the group to enhance the effectiveness of the investigative group. Participate in analysis and development of effective strategies to proactively detect and deter fraudulent activity. Investigate allegations of misconduct; utilize all investigative resources available both internal and external; locate and interview witnesses; gather Company and external records; work with subject matter experts and operational organizations; conduct interviews, surveillance, and review of records to resolve allegations and issues. Prepare detailed, well written and thorough investigative reports using guidelines established by the Director of BEC Investigations. Fully document investigative steps and findings in BEC case management system. Participate in special investigations. Confer with other internal and external investigative organizations as necessary. Provide concise verbal summaries of investigative steps and findings. . Maintain personal and professional competency at a high level. Maintain discretion and confidentiality when entrusted with confidential material. Participate in case review and strategy sessions; make recommendations concerning on-going investigations; assist in evaluating cases; and conduct presentations as needed. Complete relevant investigations courses. Refresher courses will be scheduled as appropriate. Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
