Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to questions and requests from clients, staff, borrowers, contractors, adjustors, and agents quickly and accurately.  This requires 50% of the associate’s time spent in a call center environment. All activity pertaining to the claim must be documented and draws are issued for the repairs as needed.  Processing must meet all compliance requirements.  The associate must demonstrate the ability to make decisions, problem analysis, and promptness to ensure the client’s needs are met on a timely basis. 



  • Ability to multi-task

  • Good written/verbal communication

·         Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
