- Genesys Contact Center Implementation - Minimum 8 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center Framework.
- Hands on experience in Composer development for Eservices routing i.e Interaction Process/business processes, workflows, Interaction Queues and workbins
- Subject matter expertise on eServices Routing development with Intelligent Workload Distribution(iWD) Solution.
- Expertise on Genesys E-services Architecture/component configurations involved for e-services routing
- Hands on experience in Genesys Rules System - Rule development tool, packaging, deployment and GRAT.
- Hands on Experience in iWD Manager Tool.
- Knowledge on SQL server Databases, concepts and SQL queries.
- Effective communication skills.
