May coach and assist in training of less experienced employees. Conducts and documents more complex financial and business analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, profitability and investments. Makes recommendations for improvement. Coordinates preparation, roll-up and presentation of analysis results. Performs analysis and research for the preparation of long range planning, operating reviews and annual operating plans. Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, profitability and other related areas. Makes recommendation for improvements. May prepare and compile data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for more complex business unit or plant. Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and Corporate accounting standards/policies. May coach and assist in training of less experienced employees.Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3 years. Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years; Accounting Certification Preferred (ex. CPA, ACA).
