Custom national retailer programming

On-Brand, industry leading Shopper Marketing programs

Creative Concepts & Messaging for consumers at retail points of purchase

Comms Tools/Engagement for retail stakeholders and buyers

Sales tools for each retail activation

Bring The Brand To Life At Small Format Retail

Manages the defined National Retail Programming Calendar for Small Format Retail (and manages timelines) and related ad-hoc projects

Translates Brand assets and initiatives into winning Retail programs

Drive quality execution across all facets of retail marketing programs with strong cross-functional collaboration

Coordinates with POS team for in-store visibility/POS item development and delivery

Leads and manages any related ad-hoc projects

Maximizes The Reach And Purchase Potential Of Small Format Retail Programs

Creation and deployment of sales tools to teams responsible for execution

Ensure understanding of standards and clear guidelines for the execution of Small Format Retail programs

Ensure seamless alignment with key stakeholders and consistency of messaging across all initiatives

Delivers Small Format Channel and retailer specific programming that drives shopper and consumer purchase conversion

Oversees the maintenance of periodic tracking reports, shares recaps and leverage lessons learned

Ensures A Return On Investments Of Resources And Efforts & Shares Quality Recaps/learnings

Implements and tracks revenue-based results metrics for retailer programming investments

Tracks budget management of Small Format Retail Programing

Oversees the maintenance of periodic tracking reports, shares recaps and leverage lessons learned

Analyzes performance to deliver actionable conclusions

Ensure Alignment And Collaboration For Quality Execution

Manage communication practices to drive internal awareness and coordination around retail priorities

Guarantees efficient communication and helps maintain database of potential vendors, suppliers and partners

Represent Retail team in calls and meetings with cross-functional teams with impact on Small Format Retail programming

Creates of retail program assets: concept development, customer sales decks, POS messaging, selling materials

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

(PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN)

*

4+ years of experience in CPG environment, ideally within Sales or Retail Marketing.
*

Field experience is a plus.
*

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills ability to organize, prioritize and deliver on time
*

Strategic and intellectually curious, with track record of upleveling projects to maximize success
*

Ability to drive insights into action
*

Excellent written and oral communication skills

*

Fluent in English
