NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Newport, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).

Job Description
NTT Data Services, Inc. is seeking a talented and well-qualified Computer Systems Analyst to support our client at their site. The successful candidate should be a motivated self-starter responsible to work closely with existing team members and independently. Excellent communication and customer skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership, and the customer. The successful candidate's duties include, but not limited to:

-Troubleshoot laboratory hardware and software issues, such as base wide NMCI or RDT&E NETWORK outages as they arise.
-Maintain server security configuration and integrity, (patches, updates, configuration changes, and audits).
-Manage RDT&E and NMCI file server resources by creating and maintaining security permission groups.
-Provide on-site network, server, application support, file and print services, and domain access to remediate issues on both unclassified and classified RDT&E networks and standalone systems for the Department.
-Operate and maintain Information Technology (IT) equipment as detailed in the Government Property Made Available; and perform configuration, troubleshooting & requirements adherence of IT equipment.

Required Qualifications

- 10 or more years professional experience in computer systems analysis, additional 2 years of professional experience in database programs, working within NMCI environment preferred. Years experience required: 12
- IAT Level 1 Certification

Education Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
