JOB SUMMARY
Partner with the all software development teams to understand, troubleshoot and create fundamental back-end and front-end system plans.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensures the business facing integration portal is kept up to date as a main entry point for all business products

* Engages with software development teams to understand the development lifecycle including API delivery and sign off

* Review integration requirements to ensure they align with the development roadmap

* Work with all teams to troubleshoot and investigate fundamental software integration problems in production, stage and test environments

* Partner with front end and back end development teams across a variety of technology stacks in order to develop a fundamental knowledge of system architecture and data flow.

* Enable software development teams by reviewing and providing feedback for basic service contracts, stubs and acceptance tests.

* Review integration requirements to ensure they align with the technology roadmap

* Work with all teams to troubleshoot and investigate fundamental software integration problems in production, stage and test environments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.

* Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.

* Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

* Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

* Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.

* Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will add to costs and may impact the short-term goals of the organization.

* Ability to analyze and interpret data.

* Ability to effective present information to management.

* Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.

* Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.

* Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred.

* Basic foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design

* Basic understanding end to end software and related development technologies

* Basic understanding of best practices in cloud based platforms & services

* Basic knowledge of Agile development methodologies

* Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously

* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
