A great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a fast-growing team within the Land O'Lakes Animal Nutrition business.  The Intermediate Administrative Coordinator will join our PMI feed additives team as the central support role for the team.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and coordinate payment of invoices with Accounts Payable

  • Team meeting and event planning, coordination, and execution

  • Document management and oversight through SharePoint

  • Travel and expense management and reporting

  • Sales and marketing collateral development

  • Coordinate on-boarding of new team members

  • Administration and data entry of customer database

  • Administration and data entry of product information merchandising database

  • High school diploma/GED equivalency or higher

  • 3 or more years of related administrative experience; including experience with scheduling, making travel arrangements and event planning

  • Strong written and verbal communicator

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote and SharePoint

  • Ability to multi-tasking and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Team player and willingness to collaborate

  • Customer service mindset

  • Curiosity and ability to learn new technology

  • Problem solving initiative

  • Bachelor's Degree
