Location: Denver, Colorado
Guardian Title Agency provides title insurance and escrow services to real estate and lender professionals throughout Colorado. We are seeking to add dynamic individuals to work with our realtor client base.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting in the production, processing, distribution of title commitments and final policies also clearing commitment requirements, verifying tax, payoff and other information to prepare the file for closing. Heavy phone and written contact with both internal and external clients, lenders, city, county, state other government offices law firms etc.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe in addition to learning numerous other title and escrow applications, must be organized, flexible able to produce high volumes of accurate work under tight time frames/deadlines and be comfortable working in a high pressure/demanding environment.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required. Computer literate, knowledge of Excel and Word. Experience with the FAST Escrow Platform and a working ability to produce reports using EXCEL and MICROSOFT WORD. Two yeas of Title experience required. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
