Location: Clemson, South CarolinaJob Description:
Location Youth Learning Institute
Full/Part Time Part-Time
Assists the Food Service Manager in preparation of food in the kitchen and or facilities. Performs routine duties in the kitchen environment.
40% - Essential - Cook:
Prepares food as instructed and within DHEC standards.
Weighs, blends and mixes ingredients according to directions.
Cuts, slices, chops food.
40% - Essential - Clean:
Preps dishes to run through commercial grade dishwasher.
Hand washes pots and pans. Cleans and stores kitchen equipment after use.
15% - Essential - Storage:
Maintains food storage within DHEC guidelines.
5% - Essential - Other Duties:
All other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
There are no minimum training and experience requirements for this class.
Fundamental Job Knowledge - Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations
No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.
Standard Hrs: 28; Band: 01 ($ 10,556.00 - $ 18,786.60)
