Reviews title products and coordinates with clients to obtain documentation needed to clear title discrepancies. Answer customer inquiries through phone and email with a high level of customer service.
Handles reporting to clients, pipeline
Adherence to established company policies and procedures
Training other team members
Prioritizes files to help maintain SLA
Ability to identify and recommend risk based title exceptions
Handles first level escalations for the borrowers and lenders
Answers inbound phone calls and emails
Make outbound phone calls and sends emails
Keeps a working pipeline; works new files
Handles multiple tasks and adjusts to changes in workflows, pipelines
Ability to work multiple clients daily while staying within each client s guidelines
Makes recommendations on process improvements and implementations
Assists Supervisor/Team Lead and Manager in Out of SLA audits and pipeline audits of junior personnel
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Requires extensive knowledge of the company s products and services.
Strong MS Office skills
Strong knowledge of computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Advanced problem solving skills
High School diploma or equivalent required
Typical Range of Experience
4+ years of Nationwide Clearing experience or other related experience.
