OVERVIEW

Responsible for the leadership, strategy and execution of FFC Consumer Delivery Channel. Lead and sustain a customer-centered business plan and approach that increases market share, retention and Profit and Loss for a financial center network. This position will lead the management teams that will develop and implement segment product and strategies, create and maintain operational policy and procedures, and mitigate risk while delivering an exceptional customer experience and growth through branch optimization. Partners with all Consumer Leadership for a unified delivery and vision. Responsibilities include expanding the bank s recognition in the community through the profitable growth of deposits, loans, fees and customers, while enhancing the FFC brand through all channels. Lead and participate with Commercial and Shared Services on corporate initiatives and strategic planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties

* Overall responsibility for the Bank's Consumer Delivery Channels, including the development, implementation and execution of strategies and establishment of goals to achieve growth, profit and operational efficiency while maintaining a superior customer experience. Capitalizes on business intelligence to achieve above-peer results, transforming the consumer segment footprint, and developing best-in-class employees to fulfill the organization s mission. Provides leadership and vision for the consumer segment strategy and product development to improve market share and increase volume in all consumer products and services. Provides direction and sets expectations on the execution of strategy created. Leads or manage teams that will provide direct support for programs, committees and initiatives that could include cross-functional teams involving strategy and implementations. Serve as subject matter expert while partnering with all of Consumer Leadership for a unified delivery and vision. Serves as a change leader to support transformation and innovation. Will work to identify and influence stakeholders, empower others and motivate teams to be accountable to drive for results expected.

* Manages and leads a team directly and through subordinate managers, including selection, performance management, and resource allocation. Ensures a recruitment and talent management plan is utilized. Leads, inspires and develops a high quality/high talent team that is aligned to the current and future needs of the business. This will be supported through coaching, mentoring and providing ongoing feedback to foster an innovative and learning environment. Maintains common and consistent communication messages to support the strategic goals, mission and values of the Bank.

* Represent bank's compliance point of view; evaluates that all strategy complies with applicable polices, laws and regulations and appropriately balances with the desire for a strong customer experience. Evaluates and monitors the Consumer Segment's operations and objectives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, accounting, or finance. (Required)

Master Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, management, or finance. (Preferred)

Experience

15 or more years Management, banking, general leadership. (Required)

Location for this position can flexible within the Fulton Financial Corporation footprint and travel may be required.
