NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Network Support Engineer to join our team in United States (US).

The Network Support Engineer will join our Global Corporate Network Team providing support to NTT DATA Services corporate locations globally. You will work in a fast paced environment acting as a critical resource in the resolution of level 3 network, IP telephony, and contact center incidents.

***This is a virtual/REMOTE U.S. based role (preferred time zone CST) which will require up to 5% domestic U.S. travel.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve 3rd level/advanced incidents involving complex LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Infoblox DHCP and other data network related incidents while adhering to departmental procedures
- Assist in end-to-end troubleshooting to ensure rapid service restoration
- Communicate directly and effectively with internal customers via phone and email
- Adhere to ITIL processes for handling incident, change, problem, and event management
- Achieve MTTR and MTRS metrics (Mean Time To Repair and Mean Time to Restore Service)
- Collaborate with global network team members to achieve SLA objectives
- Contribute to business continuity strategies and disaster recovery exercises
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer service to end users who are reporting issues
- Report common and repeat problems (trend analysis) to management
- Maintain broad knowledge and understanding of current and emerging networking technologies

Requirements:
- 8+ years relevant network support experience
- Experience with network connectivity and protocols such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLAN, NAT, DHCP
- CCNA certification
- Experience using Remedy or similar ticketing or incident tracking tool

Preferences:
- Experience working in a global support model
- Experience with Voyence and Entuity
- Network support experience with Cisco IP telephony
- Experience supporting IP/DNS-Infoblox
- Experience with SNMP, DNS, DHCP
