NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SAP Integration Lead to join our team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
The Integration Manager is responsible for working with the various program streams within a complex program to ensure that the solution is properly architected end to end to deliver a successful implementation. This position requires strong SAP product knowledge ideally in SAP ECC across multiple modules in the context of the HLS industry, as well as strong managerial and communication skills. The resource will have delivery experience in the HLS with an understanding of supply chain
Working with the client to confirm business requirements
Responsible for organizing and leading a cross-functional team in development of integrated business processes, implementing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
Responsible for providing technical direction and control of project personnel and for providing a framework for project planning, communications, reporting, procedural and contractual activity
Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities
Estimating project skill requirements, working with deployment to identify appropriate resources and managing their integration into the team
Communicate the benefits of the proposed solution and the justification of the overall effort involved in both written and verbal form
Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
Overall team management, including regular evaluations
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 implementations
10 years of experience implementing SAP end to end with expertise in supply chain and warehouse management
Previous experience(3+ yrs.) as an SAP Integration Manager in multiple largescale deployments
Minimum 5 years of strong process and HLS industry experience
Experience in complex multi-year / Multi country program management
Demonstrated client management and relationship management skills
Ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Travel: Preference is for locals. This position will not be able to sponsor any visas for now. The resource may need to travel to Europe
