Responsible for developing and executing a digital channels service testing program. This program will emulate the Charter user experience throughout the life cycle of a Charter customer. Ensures successful integration (and adherence to published requirements) of multiple projects, technologies and methodologies to provide a seamless user experience. This job requires extensive testing and some management experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Develops the testing program strategy, supporting business case and the test portion of various high-level project plans. In addition, develop a testing environment/lab to support the execution of the testing program strategy.
Ensures integration of projects and adherence to project scope, requirements and timing, as described by the business and IT documentation. Will require coordination with multiple project managers to assemble overall user experience testing program plan.
Serves as a mentor to testing analysts to educate and assist them with developing test plans and execution strategies.
Accountable for the execution of established project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of testing results on time while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving the resolution of issues as appropriate.
Communicates with leadership and other stakeholders on program/test strategy, direction and changes.
Responsible for delivering user experience testing of all projects in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
Responsible for tracking testing progress and results in a standardized format and recommending system adjustments to Project Managers.
Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

Education, Certification & Licenses
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is strongly preferred
