Job Summary - Accounts Coordination STE

3D Systems - Personalized Surgery & Medical Devices seeks a full-time temporary candidate who is a dependable, professional individual who excels under pressure and can easily multi-task. Only local candidates will be considered.


  • Manage daily shipping queue

  • Creating shipping paperwork for outgoing cases

  • Sorting shipping paperwork for outgoing cases

  • Making paperwork corrections

  • Sorting splints and stone models

  • Coordination and execution with internal and external teams for same day shipments

  • Track outgoing shipments to ensure any shipping delays are resolved in a timely manner

  • Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System's standard operating procedures and work instructions

  • Assists with archiving files

  • Assist with filing archived files


  • Previous work experience in billing or accounting desired

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident work authorization

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

    Skills Desired

  • Standard office computer/software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, database applications)

  • Clerical experience in a medical environment

  • Able to learn and adjust to new software systems
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced, high stress working environment

  • Time management and organization skills are essential

  • Must be dependable, punctual and responsible

  • Must represent the company in a professional manner on the phone and in person

    Job Details

  • Full-time, short-term, hourly position (40 hrs/wk)

  • The normal work week is based on 40 hours; however, fluctuations may be required based on work load and demand

  • Overtime may be required
