Available Position: Title Coordinator – Burnet Title Chicago (Req Id 52054)
Provide professional support and customer service for the Account Executive, to ensure a smooth settlement transaction.
Coordinate communication and gather information to prepare files for closing.
Respond promptly and professionally to requests from all parties to the real estate transaction.
Display strong verbal and written communication skills while interacting with customers and all levels of personnel.
Submit requests for additional information regarding each transaction, including payoffs, HOA statements, releases, commission statements and invoices.
Confirm all liens and judgments are addressed, and title is clear, prior to closing.
Provide additional title clearing support, at the time of closing, when necessary.
Act independently, as well as part of a strong team, to troubleshoot challenging situations, as they arise.
Assist the Account Executive in maintaining client relationships, generating new business, promoting the closing teams, and promoting Burnet Title’s products and services.
Provide clerical support in other areas, as assigned by leadership.
