This position will oversee, develop and assist in the execution of all digital marketing campaigns. This person will manage inbound digital marketing programs including SEO, SEM, and display/retargeting with the primary goals being continued growth of sales qualified leads and incremental revenue growth. This person will be responsible for knowing HKP’s targeted markets and mapping marketing content to the buying process. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. We are looking for someone with marketing leadership who has creative insight and can integrate digital marketing activity with a more expansive direct marketing outbound strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives and analytics of executed activities.
Manage and create marketing content on an on-going basis to deliver the strategic marketing plan including, Advertising, collateral, white papers, articles, emails, social media, presentation decks to drive leads and brand awareness.
Use SEO strategies and tactics including the use of keywords to drive organic traffic to our website, as well as monitoring how to improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic and conversions.
Oversee all ongoing website development regarding content management, domain strategies and optimizing technical functionality.
Show an awareness of thought leadership that expands company’s opportunities and supports a complex sales process that is incorporated into key marketing campaigns.
Deliver routine analytics to senior management illustrating key measurement metrics and how they stack up to our competitors.
Collaborate with product managers, sales, engineering and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our target markets and customers and aggregate critical market intelligence about complex applications across brands.
Launch and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
Devise campaigns in order to grow overall market for linear motion and rotary motor solutions by influencing and educating the industry’s engineers, via relevant content development.
Oversee the maintenance and execution of database marketing initiatives designed to nurture key markets and shape perceptions using marketing automation software.
Responsible for project review and ROI calculations for all marketing endeavors.
Support product positioning of the existing portfolio and new product launches.
Product messaging that addresses our customer’s highest and most complex business and application challenges.
Report on KPI’s tied to demand and lead generation.
Assist with event marketing efforts to create event marketing strategies, produce signage, event collateral and promotions.
Work with sales and market development to develop compelling customer presentations focused on HKP’s value proposition to our target markets.
Provide commercial and technical support to OEM customers.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or equivalent.
3 – 5 years of experience managing digital marketing in-house, or at an agency.
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of the value selling concept. Ability to help identify, communicate and support new business opportunities.
Ability to understand and communicate market trends and specific customer needs.
Technical and overall business acumen (Electrical and/or Mechanical background preferred).
Computer and software proficient (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as needed to customers, tradeshows and various AMETEK facilities (est. 10-15%).
Customer first oriented.
Energetic, driven and able to interface effectively and positively with various positions within both customer accounts and with internal team members.
