Service Delivery Manager
- Account Operations including margin improvement, improving all Account parameters to ensure margins are met Oversee Invoicing , timely SoW renewals , Backlog forecasting and margin management for T&M and Fixed bid projects
- Contracting: validate the SOW / work orders inclusive of scope and milestones, acceptance criteria for the Project. Negotiate on resources, time, scope, milestones within the scope of the Project.
- Delivery Management which includes Project review and communication governance to ensure flawless deliverables as committed to clients
- Status Reporting: Prepare status reports and conduct management reviews with applicable stakeholders.
