Job Description:

Classification and Grade: Lead Operations Technician, Grade 27

Starting salary: $23.315 hourly/$48,495 annual, or as provided by the Kansas Court Personnel

Rules Job Duties: This is professional and technical work training and directing the work of operations technicians and assisting them in the installation of hardware and software and end user support. Work involves answering end user questions regarding personal computers and related software, troubleshooting, resolving technical problems and assisting in the training of court employees in the operation and use of information systems. Additional duties include assisting with information systems management and maintenance, including roll-outs of new computers and other hardware, including server and administrative functions and maintaining and building servers.

Required Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university majoring in business administration, computer science or related fields supplemented by work or training experience involving information systems, or an equivalent combination of education, certificates and experience.

Desired Experience:

Experience as an operations technician, working with Office365, Active Directory, Windows Deployment Services, Antivirus administration, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems, DFS file services, and mobile device support.
