JOB SUMMARY:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking a Telephone Operator with an excellent Customer Service attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. With direct supervision performs a variety of administrative type duties in support of the District.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive voice calls from external and internal Customers

Provide information to Customers or route them to the appropriate personnel

Verify and update various lists, databases, and worksheets on behalf of other District teams

Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet operational and scheduling requirements
  • Responsibility and pride in contributing to the success of an organization
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to follow established processes
  • Attention to detail when dealing with customer requests
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Proficiency with Windows environment and exposure to Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent

WORK HOURS AND CONDITIONS:

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
