Assess patient/family health problems and resources; takes a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Provides technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations such as Surgical Cardio, Cardiac and Surgical vascular patients.
Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
FL RN license and/or approved multistate license.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required for RN's on all nursing clinical units
