Independence Title Company in Austin, TX, a wholly owned subsidiary or Title Resource Group (TRG) is seeking a Commercial Business Development Representative.  TRG is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of commercial real estate transactions.


Commercial Business Development Representative:

-Daily performance of all related commercial marketing and sales promotion of the Commercial Division, its staff, and the company as a whole

-Successfully recruiting new commercial business and building business relationships

-Servicing selected current accounts not already serviced by another representative

-Working closely with Commercial Escrow teams to ensure client satisfaction

-Monitoring daily reports to identify lost business or client trends

-A High School diploma or equivalent is required

-Minimum of three years of sales experience is required

-Basic knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate and Title Insurance Industry is preferred

-Microsoft Suite proficient

-Basic knowledge of various CRM systems a plus
