We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team based at our worldwide headquarters in Madison, NJ.
 As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll partner closely with our Recruiters (aka Talent Acquisition Partners) to invite and welcome candidates into the interview process. You’ll work closely with our Hiring Managers and Teams to ensure candidate experience is the focus.

You’ll also…..



  • Have opportunities to create and implement candidate sourcing strategies that build upon our talent pipeline.

  • Proactively source talent via our database, social media, networking and referrals (we would love for you to think outside the box too.)

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and passive candidates.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Teams to build the story of why each position is exciting, coupled with the respective goals and expectations.

  • Interact extensively with our Talent Acquisition teams and members of our HR team to ensure hiring priorities are fully executed. 

  • Assist with managing our employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels.

  • Track recruitment progress and metrics while creating reports and analyzing data

  • Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position

  • Reinforcing the values and culture of Realogy and our brands

  • Being a Realogy company ambassador to attract top talent to the Company

  • Staying up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and ideas for how the talent acquisition team can best utilize these recruiting/networking tools.



  • Simultaneously sourcing for multiple searches and managing within a matrix organization.

  • Managing reporting and Ad Hoc projects as needed


 
You possess…..


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.

  • 2-4 years of scheduling and sourcing experience in a Corporate HR Department.

  • 2-4 yrs. of MS Office experience specifically, Outlook, Excel and PPT

  • If you can create charts and graphs – that’s a HUGE Plus

  • 2+ years’ experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential

  • Demonstrated Initiative

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate multiple request to successful completion
