Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

Bill of Materials Validation: Assist Engineers with inventory of project-specific hardware & software.
Rack & Stack: Assist Engineers with physical mounting of systems in racks and/or placements as per design.
Power Up Testing and Return Processing: Assist Engineers with system power up testing and identifying component failures that may need to be processed by Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Cable and Access Point Placement: Assist Engineers in patch cable tracing, installation and placement of wireless access points, as per design.
Endpoint Installation: Assist Engineers in placement of various desktop and/or conference room devices such as IP-phones, and audio/video equipment.
Transportation of equipment/supplies that may be need by project teams at various client locations.
Provide flexible scheduling based on operational needs
Perform other duties as assigned
