We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support our national JLL Multifamily technology platform. The Business Analyst will support our Multifamily leadership team to develop business technology and data insights to help our customers define and achieve their goals. The role will support research, aid in determining drivers towards success and report the discovery to senior management. This position will be based at our St. Paul, MN office.
-Engage comfortably with business and IT stakeholders to understand the business requirements and current processes, data flows, and internal and external software applications used by JLL Multifamily
-Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
-Collaborate with other departments and IT to develop business cases associated with assigned projects/tasks and manage joint deliverables.
-Translate business requirements into technical requirements
-Financial modeling, data analysis and compilation of quantitative data
-Support the development and maintenance of automated tools and dashboards with IT team to provide real-time insights to business data
-1 year in Business Analyst role preferably in technology support within a commercial real estate environment; we will strongly consider May 2017 or December 2017 graduates with a Bachelor s Degree in MIS; please include GPA on resume
-1 year using analytical/financial modeling skills
-Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic achievement preferably in Management Information Systems, Real Estate, or Finance
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SQL/Databases)
-Willingness and ability to learn new technology
-Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills.
-Strong time management skill and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to audit own work
-Ability to travel as needed
