Medical Center of Trinity clinical and acute-care programs include: Emergency Care, Heart & Vascular, including Open Heart Surgery, Spine & Orthopedics, Cancer Care and Women's Health & Obstetrics. Medical Center of Trinity has received Chest Pain Center with PCI accreditation from the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care (SCPC). POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services for all patients and ensures the safe procurement, preparation, labeling, distribution and control of all medications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelors of Science or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy from College of Pharmacy

* Current FL Pharmacist license or license eligible.

* Experience as a pharmacist in an acute-care hospital setting or general pharmacy practice residency preferred
