Job Description:

The Temporary Employment Program (TEP) is an internal UCSF based temporary employment program that provides temporary labor to all departments. TEP offers opportunities for the San Francisco Bay Area community to gain access and valuable UCSF work experience and offers temporary employees exceptional benefits not offered by other temporary agencies.

TEP is seeking skilled Executive Assistants to assist with providing high level administrative support to individuals or teams on a temporary basis. These positions require a high level of independence, autonomy, efficiency, confidentiality and ability to manage competing priorities under minimal general direction. Must be highly independent, skilled in analyzing data, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Will provide comprehensive executive administrative, analytical and academic support. May manage a range of responsibilities associated with administrative, research, and clinical roles. Duties to include oral communication and written correspondence with Division and Department faculty, and other university faculty and officials; high level communication with patients, publishers, professional associations, research institutes, private corporations, private foundations, governmental agencies and other high level contacts at other universities.

Required Qualifications: Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities under minimal general direction
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
Bacheloru0027s degree or an equivalent combination of education and executive support experience
