This role is for A&T engineer or A&T Engineering technician to work C-shift, but during special cases, flexible schedule will be asked. The primary goals for this person are to support floor escalation and engineering projects. This will involve working closely with production teams, A&T Engineering. The A&T Engineering technician will help document work instructions, provide disposition, work on engineering projects, debugging and training.
It is important that the successful candidate to be self-driven, able to work with cross teams, and with experience in Prober Operations, PXI testers, PWX and Probe card handling.
* Provide daily sustaining and debugging support to A&T
* Work with engineering team on developing and qualifying new processes
* Perform training on A&T techs on new processes
* Create Work instructions on new process and update new process
* Create and update process recipe
* BS degree in engineering
* 4 years minimum experience on related field
* Knowledge of Probe Card architecture
* Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, at all levels of the organization
* Good working knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office applications
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
* Flexible and able to prioritize
