- Oversee mailroom and all mailroom duties

- Assist with all break room orders and inventory, including stocking conference rooms and galleys

- Assist with maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, housekeeping requests, and errands

- Assist with pool vehicle maintenance

- Check all copy machines/printers for paper and toners on a daily basis

- Provide general support to visitors

- Proven administrative or assistant experience

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Must be able to handle, lift, move office equipment and furnishings

- High School equivalent

- 2 years office or mailroom experience
