The Coldwell Banker Central Processing Center in Deerfield, IL is currently sourcing a Commissions Team Lead. The Commissions Team Lead is responsible for assisting in the supervision of the commissions processing function as well as auditing processes for the Central Processing Center. This includes overseeing the daily closing process to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and the highest level of customer service to our Sales Associates and customers.
Essential Job Duties:
Supporting Commissions Supervisors: Primary support for the Commissions Supervisors. Includes but is not limited to:
Troubleshoot difficult transactions
Produce reporting on various metrics as required
Produce productivity reports as requested by Branch Manager
Provide leadership to the Commissions Processing team by acting as a resource for questions, training and support during busy periods.
Commissions Processing: Responsible for processing commissions and auditing deals. This includes but is not limited to:
Processing all commissions for a designated metro or acting as a backup for other Commissions Processors
Auditing deals to ensure accuracy
Processing all deals within designated deadlines
Providing coverage for vacation, sick days and leaves of absences on an as needed basis.
Other administrative duties as requested
High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years customer service experience required; Prior Real Estate strongly preferred.
Strong math and analytical skills required.
Ability to provide feedback to employee through coaching and training to further their success and a willingness to motivate staff;
Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs and ability to navigate computer software and hardware
Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
