Summary: Provide direct support of the SAP application for various modules to business end users from business process oriented perspective. Results oriented individual who works with the SAP user team, after implementation and is responsible for SAP various modules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains documentation and design specifications for all projects worked on.
Identifies areas within the company with inefficiencies where SAP application can improve process reporting. Work with process owner to develop project plan for improvement.
Interfaces with other company entities such as HP, EDI and Presta Ilsenberg, Chemnitz, Eschen and Dalian to implement and support SAP initiatives.
Handles and resolves SAP Helpdesk tickets.
Provide user support and training.
Configure and trouble shoot SAP interfaces as needed.
Testing of functionalities after changes, support packages or other enhancements

Knowledge of SAP Tools and reporting tools.
Understanding of business processes within SAP modules: Repetitive Manufacturing (REM),
Just-In-Time Calls, Order to Pay.
Knowledge of Windows environment and Office applications (word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, etc.)
Working knowledge of CO/PA module and "Business Warehouse" (BI) preferred.
General understanding of Automotive Business Process preferred.
Must be a team player with good organizational and planning skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Programming along with 5 years of relevant SAP experience; or
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Manufacturing related field along with 3 years SAP experience preferred.
Programming skills"Open SQL","ABAP" and "JAVA" a plus. Working knowledge of some of the following modules: MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, QM, and LO. BASIS, User management (GRC).
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: Any relevant SAP training.
