The purpose ofthis position is to support the Pressure Management business unit andfunctional groups with testing for customer issues, customer requested testing,and new product development testing in our state of art Test and Evaluationfacility.  This includes evaluating thewide range of products offered by Pressure Management to internal and externalstandards.  This position will alsodocument and communicate the results to internal customers.


  • Develop and provide test plans for customer issues and limited scope projects

  • Design and acquire required test equipment/fixtures from vendors

  • Conduct product evaluations using internal and external standards for test work

  • Document the tests conducted, results, issues encountered, and the solutions developed

  • Utilize monitoring and measuring equipment to perform inspection and test functions

  • Participate in global cross-functional teams, including marketing, designers, manufacturing, sales and procurement

  • Manage workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

  • Uses geometric dimensioning and tolerancing as needed

  • Performs Test & Evaluation facility upgrades and maintenance

  • May perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Mechanical Engineering preferred.

  • 0-3 years of related experience preferred.

  • 0-3 years’ experience in the selection and use of monitoring and measuring equipment for pressure and flow preferred.

  • High Mechanical aptitude required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written

  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills required.

  • Intern or Co-op experience in a mechanical engineering position preferred.
