Accountabilities: Efficiently and effectively assist with the satisfactory completion and administration of the following items in order to meet the needs of both internal and external customers - Safety, Product Assembly and Quality Assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

-Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices.

-Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company.

-Keep supervisor informed of cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality, personal, parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility.

-Complete required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell as requested by supervisor.

-Attend all required training.

-Ensure that safety and quality are the focus and is maintained at all times.

-Attend all required training.

-Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channel for assigned cell.

-Participate in all required continuous improvement activities as requested or required by the company.

-Utilize Lean concepts and tools provided in order to improve the production process.

-Read and follow all standard work instructions.

-Must be able to use all required tools within an assigned work area.

-Maintain work environment is clean, orderly and free of safety hazards at all times.

-Actively participate in all department projects, tasks and objectives including but not limited to continuous improvement activities.

-Complete other work activity as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

-High school diploma/GED or in lieu of education, a minimum of 4 solid years of manufacturing/production experience.

-Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written.

-Adhere to all required company policies.

-Successfully complete a 90 day probationary work evaluation.

-Ability to work all scheduled and adjusted shift times, including overtime to accommodate production.

-Read and follow all standard work instructions.

-Meet and maintain daily production goals as established and required by the company.

-Must be willing and able to wear all required personal protective equipment and comply with all safety policies.

-Must be able to work in weather extremes.

-Must be able to stand for extended time, bend, twist, reach, pull, and kneel.

-Lift up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 25 pounds occasionally.

-Complete all position responsibilities and essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
