Production Assistants create value by working as a team to manufacture high quality, commercial grade flooring underlayment. A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


  • Stacking product and pouring materials into mixer

  • Operating hoists to move metal baskets of rock to conveyors

  • Operating mobile equipment, machine controls, touchscreens, and switches

  • Performing quality checks

  • Keeping work area clean before, after and throughout shift


 

What You Will Need:



Basic Qualifications:


  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime 

  • Willing and able to work in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy and high volume environment

  • Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day

  • Willing and able to adhere to all safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment



 

 


 

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a manufacturing or an industrial environment

  • Experience operating a motorized fork lift, clamp truck or industrial equipment

  • Experience working with automated or robotic equipment and machinery
