Job Description:


  • Demonstrate high competence in
    the Agile/Scrum framework and the ability to do coaching and mentoring of
    less experienced staff. *Demonstrate high proficiency in using and adapting
    tools as needed to add value to the agile/lean processes.

  • Demonstrate strong
    communication and interpersonal skill, as well as technical aptitude.

  • Responsible for managing the
    overall planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and programs
    to include the definition of project charters, budget, and measures as
    well as developing project structures and ensuring proper operations
    turnover.

  • Facilitate the day-to-day
    coordination of projects while adhering to standards and sponsor
    expectations while ensuring client requirements are met.

  • Responsible for tracking
    project status and managing project issues and risks to include financial
    analysis, evaluation of progress/quality/costs, developing action plans to
    address gaps throughout project life cycle, adherence to compliance
    processes, and problem resolution.

  • Responsible for building and
    leading effective project teams, including building strong sponsor,
    stakeholder, vendor, customer, and team relationships while prioritizing
    projects and managing resources.

  • Responsible for managing
    projects to implement or enhance a wide range of business system and/or
    technology solutions, which span a number of disciplines, including
    development, programming, implementation, compliance, process, and
    information management.
