CSE currently has an opening in Middletown, CT for a Digital and Business Analytics Engineer in the Methods and Applications Group. The Methods and Applications Group seeks to demonstrate IT resources and Engineering knowledge to bring value through productivity and process innovation.
Your Primary responsibilities for this position are as follows:


  • You will participate in a team of fellow practitioners in the implementation of data analytics, capture and visualization to support visibility into the operation of the business and analytical methods

  • You will contribute to the strategic direction for data centric tools and methods and advance the technology of existing design systems

  • You will execute the principals within the methods discipline and provide cross-functional guidance and expertise

  • You support Integrated Product Teams in their execution of product design support legacy products for production and root cause support

  • You work within budget to meet annual targets including development of annual program plans, roadmaps, allocation to projects, and identifying risks & opportunities and you work with Customers and CSE Management to align execution Inclusion powers innovation: We unlock our employees' full potential through a versatile and engaging culture that values everybody's opinion, driving innovation.

10% Travel is expected

Qualification: Required Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ years experience OR MA/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 1+ years experience OR PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 1+ years experience

  • US citizenship is required due to government program requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Data, Analytics and Visualization

  • Experience with Computer Application Development/Software Life cycle Methods/Agile Project Management

  • Prior exposure with Customer Management and Engagement Practices

  • Digital data management/Enterprise workflows

  • Experience with each of the following: Linux, Python, Perl, GITHUB, Qlik, SQL, CSS, Javascript, REST, and Django


Education: BA/BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ years experience OR MA/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 1+ years experience OR PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 1+ years experience
