Desired skills and expertise:


  • Four-year accredited architectural or interior design degree; Completion of five or six-year architectural or dual degree program preferred

  • Minimum of five years total professional experience; experience in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents and supporting materials

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of programming, space planning and workplace strategy

  • Demonstrates practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, building systems selection, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes

  • Demonstrates high proficiency in REVIT (preferred) and AutoCAD and 3D Digital Modeling/Rendering capabilities

  • Demonstrate high proficiency in ADOBE SUITE and MS SUITE

  • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
