Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Project Superintendent/QCM with experience consistent, but not limited to:
Construction related experience as a Superintendent/QCM/SSHO on construction projects completed on Department of Defense Facilities
Managing day-to-day field activities to ensure completion of project meets timeline requirements
Ensuring all aspects of a project are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements that govern the project and the community in which the project(s) takes place
Creating and maintaining a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness
Understanding of project specification and plans
Extensive knowledge of practices, procedures, and concepts within construction field

Minimum 5 years’ construction related experience as Superintendent/QCM/SSHO on construction projects completed on Department of Defense Facilities
High School Diploma Required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
USACE/NAVFAC Quality Construction Management for Contractors preferred
First Aid, CPR, and OSHA 30 for Construction also preferred
Ability to control job costs and adhere to progress schedules
Ability to travel and work in a field environment
Advanced leadership and management skills
Foresight to predict problems before they develop
Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks
