Within State Street Global Advisors’ Operations department, the Client Advocacy Team’s mission is to provide knowledgeable and professional operational service to clients, their third-party service providers and the firm. Our team builds upon our foundation of operational knowledge by continuously adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. The Analyst is a key individual contributor on a small, agile team with a wide array of responsibilities.
Individual Accountabilities (What you'll do):
You will craft high quality communications and presentations about the department’s activities for distribution within the company and to clients, including timely and accurate RFP responses, and respond to questionnaires from clients, consultants, and auditors.
You will organize and host client-requested training sessions and due diligence meetings regarding the department.
You will help members of the company grow their knowledge of the department and coordinate the annual update of Operating Guidelines for the company’s US & Canadian commingled funds.
You will serve as a liaison and ambassador between Operations and clients’ third party administrators, particularly segregated account custodians. You will forge and cultivate relationships among Operations and external and internal constituents by convening and leading cross-functional calls and meetings.
You will collaborate with your team on the oversight and distribution of assets to owners of closed accounts and on periodic reporting on the team’s activities.
