The selected candidate will provide receptionist and administrative support for our Milwaukee Wisconsin facility. The candidate will enter manifests and prelims in SAP. The individual will greet visitors, applicants, and employees; answer phones and takes messages or field/answer all routine questions. The individual will also schedule and organize activities such as meetings, conferences, and department activities; establish, develop, maintain, and update the filing systems for the office; batching of Purchase Orders and Requisitions, and distribute mail, and other administrative activities.
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. One year of administrative assistant experience; one year of working with various types of computer applications; and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations is desirable. The ability to gather and summarize data for reports; find solutions to various administrative problems; prioritize work, and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines is required. Experience using SAP is desirable. Experience entering large amounts of data; ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision; ability to apply basic mathematical concepts; ability to read, understand and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules are required. Experience using excel is required.
