Boston office of our client seeks patent litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in cases involving patent and other intellectual property rights. The candidate will serve in the representation of biopharma manufacturers, research institutions and universities in patent, inventorship, and contract disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. These disputes commonly involve IP licenses, collaboration agreements, and other IP-related issues as well. Experience working with life sciences companies and/or universities is preferred. A science degree is desirable.
