Receptionist with a knack for keeping the place running. Provide professional and efficient clerical support to the facility, resulting in the delivery of excellent internal and external customer service, including scheduling for the clinical staff. Will directly interact with all levels of staff, residents, visitors, and vendors, both over the telephone and in person.
Develop, maintain and update daily clinical schedules a week in advance, as well as the master schedule at least one month in advance for all clinical staff. Strong computer system skills. Proven ability to multi-task and complete assigned projects by the deadline. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and online data base systems. Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of customer service. High degree of professionalism; able to deal with confidential information. Knowledge and/or experience in a human resources role. Able to communicate, verbally and in writing, and work effectively with various levels of staff, residents, family members and the public. Ability to handle a variety of interruptions on a regular basis. Willingness to have fun at work with residents and family
