As the Product Implementation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our global team of highly talented and experienced Implementation Specialists and Project Managers. The Implementation Specialist Team are critical to the success of the organization as they are services arm for managing the successful implementation of our software products and training of our customers on our portfolio. You will balance the work-load of the team and ensure that customer implementation and training projects are on-track, and your team has the resouces they need to be successful. This position will contribuite to the growth objectives of our services business by maximizing the deep product knowledge that exists within the team, while seeking ways that the Implementation Specialits and Project Managers can expand their knowledge in adjacent product offerings.  

Principal Accountabilities


40% Development & Coaching


  • Focus on Developing talent on the team through on-going coaching.

  • Determine on-boarding and training programs for new-hires and cross-training initatives for existing team members.

  • Work within team to remove obstacles and ensure the necessary resources to be successful.

30% Resource / Project Management

  • Determine and execute a strategy to expand our services offering as a business.

  • Measure resource utilization and billing metrics to determine key growth drivers in our services buseinss.

  • Ensure that the customer implementation projects are moving from sales, through the implementation team, and transitioning to customer support in the anticipated timeframe.

  • Monitor and maintain key metrics in Dynamics365

20% Process Refinement &  Goal Alignment


  • Develop and track Objectives and Key Result (OKR) metrics for the team.

  • Maintain close collaboration with the Customer Support Supervisor, to ensure a high sense of customer satisfaction.

  • As a part of a larger team, develop action plans for customer when required.

10% General

  • Work as a member of cross-functional teams on projects that are seen as transformation to the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in experience.
Experience

  • Passion for customer success.

  • At least 5 years experience working in, or developing high performing teams.

  • Previous experience working within a services business.

  • Prior project management experience. 

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous project implementation or software deployment experience a plus.

  • A strong desire for continuous improvement.

  • Previous consulting experience.
