What part will you play?

  • You will be responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat from ProPay customers
  • Provide your customer with an exceptional experience and driving client satisfaction
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of their product and services
  • Use compassion in helping upset customers and helping them through the issues they're experiencing while maintaining composure in stressful situations
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to manage your customer's expectations and to help them understand their accounts

What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Passion for high levels of customer service
  • Desire to be a punctual team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system (training is provided)
  • Must pass a computer assessment during the interview process
