Koch’s long term growth and success is a direct result of the application of our unique business philosophy, Market Based Management (MBM).  The MBM team is responsible for understanding concepts consistent with our market based philosophy and then integrating these concepts into our corporate culture. 


To this end, our team consults with Koch businesses in many areas including vision and strategy development, problem solving and decision making, talent development, among others.  We also work with business leaders to understand organizational capabilities and develop training strategies as well as facilitate and instruct courses to meet specific business needs.

A successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Ability to influence others positively to achieve results and common goals

  • Ability to assess individual and business capabilities and recommend appropriate training & development plans

  • Strong strategic analysis and planning skills

  • Ability to prioritize projects, allocate resources and interact with all levels within an organization

  • Ability to asses training programs and conduct research

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex thoughts into accessible formats suitable for diverse audiences

  • Prior position in a decision making role or a part of a team responsible for decision making 


A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Consult with business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, performance & learning requirements, and business objectives

  • Recommend training and development strategies

  • Coordinate & contract with businesses on the development and delivery of educational courses

  • Lead workshops/facilitate sessions in specialized areas


What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' of professional work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Travel approximately 50% - 75%

  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship


What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree - MBA, PhD

  • Organizational Development and/or curriculum design experience

  • Training and/or group facilitation experience
