We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Hospital to:
Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred - Associate Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field.
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field.
Preferred - One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
This part time, 26 hours per week, position will have shifts scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, includes every other weekend. Some holiday and on-call hours will be required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
