The DTC Commercial & Operations Analyst will be a key member on the global Direct to Consumer team, providing actionable insights and data driven recommendations that will help grow eCommerce revenues & profit as we well Retail Store revenues & profits.
Manages weekly reporting and ad hoc DTC channel analysis to help drive short term and long term data driven strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Produces insights focused deep dive reports by leveraging various data sources and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, R, Redshift & Python.
Provides operational forecasting, reporting, and analytics for Ugg.com, Hokaoneone.com, Teva.com, Sanuk.com and Deckers operated retail stores.
Establish success metrics or benchmarks to better evaluate financial performance based on KPIs, such as revenue, conversion, freight cost, and product margin.
Produce dashboards and/or presentations that share insights with all levels of the organization
Collaborate with cross functional teams by providing data driven strategic guidance to build seasonal (6-12 months out) and in-season GoTo Market strategies.
Collaborates with User Experience teams to identify and evaluate A/B testing.
Proactively suggest new projects or initiatives to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
Contribute to the overall success of Deckers by actively participating as part of the broader Direct to Consumer team to propose ideas to help the company achieve its goals.
