Job Description:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage security personnel in a professional environment
  • Responds to all orders from the security operations center
  • Monitor all access control
  • Maintenance of visitor management
  • Screen Visitors
  • Executing the reporting and record keeping related to security operations
  • Maintains adherence to General and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monitor company properties and take appropriate actions in accordance with general post orders and directives, to stop non-compliance of company rules and regulations
  • Report discovered incidents to the security operations center operator where an offense/incident report needs to be generation
  • Identify and report potential safety or hazardous conditions in and surrounding the company facilities and if found, make effort to secure the area and warn personnel of conditions
  • Cooperate with local law enforcement officers in the event of an emergency
  • Work collaboratively with other estate personnel
  • Handle all inquiries within capacity
  • Ensure proper direction and routing of incoming calls to appropriate personnel
  • Process, inspect, and arrange essential mail/packages when assigned
  • Communicates status and response with the security operations center
  • Conducts timely patrols and appropriately challengers unauthorized personnel
  • Handles emergencies and critical incidents such as trespassers, fire, medical situations, potential threats, and other emergency situations
  • Maintains confidentiality and assures discreet handling in all aspects of business
  • Maintains inventory control and maintenance of security related equipment and systems
  • Monitors all activities at their assigned site through foot patrol or video surveillance/alarm monitoring
  • Assist in driving services if requested
  • Assist in escort services if requested
  • Assist courier services if requested

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language as well as the native language of the countries where assigned
  • Free of any criminal convictions
  • Free of DUI convictions within the last seven years
  • Submit to and pass a background investigation
  • Subject to and pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to pass the an MMPI (Psychological testing)
  • Undergo and pass physical exam

Education & Experience:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • College Degree preferred
  • Prior security management experience
  • Possess above average computer skills
  • (5) years prior continuous security experience in similar environment;

(5) years of military, intelligence community, or other Government security or law enforcement; or

(5) years certified sworn police officer experience; or a combination of any of the above
  • Enrollment in a college level Criminal Justice or Security Management Program may be submitted for above experience requirements on a year by year basis

Licensing, Permits & Certifications:

  • Driver's License
  • CPR certified
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Prolonged walking, standing, speaking, observing and sitting with minimal to no stooping or kneeling in indoor and outdoor areas with temperatures ranging from moderate to extreme and occasionally carrying objects of weight in connection with emergency/security situations
  • Able to physically subdue violent and potentially violent persons
  • No visible face, neck or hand tattoos, or facial piercings allowed
